Assembler PositionParallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble componentsConduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specificationsUtilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safelyWork as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlinesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentShifts:1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, Mon-Friday; 2nd shift: 2:15-10:45 pm Mon-FridayPay: $16.00-$17.00 HRJob Location: Racine, WIJob Type: Temp-to-hireRequirements:Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manualsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workGood manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasksExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs as neededDependability and a strong work ethicJoin us at Parallel Employment where you can grow your career as an Assembler in a supportive and engaging work environment!We are an equal opportunity employer!
