VP, People Operations & Talent Strategy

Cogir USA is seeking a Vice President of People Operations to lead people strategy and HR partnership across its communities and service center. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Care, Compliance and People and drives talent acquisition, employee experience, relations, learning, and HR operations. The leader will build practical systems to hire well, develop teams, retain employees, and manage people matters consistently, guiding workforce priorities with leadership teams and #J-18808-Ljbffr Cogir USA
