Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Support Patrol in Marcus Hook, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist customers and store personnel with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 AM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 AM - 10:00 PMSun10:00 AM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to store associates, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Document incidents, patrol activities, and daily observations in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
