By connecting with The Pivot Group Network, you position yourself for roles that match your background and aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with manufacturing operations.Manage full recruitment lifecycle for all plant positions, from entry-level to management.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness within the industry.Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations within a manufacturing context.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and employee development.Lead training and development initiatives for manufacturing employees, focusing on safety, skills, and compliance.Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records for the manufacturing facility.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.Bonus QualificationsExperience with HRIS implementation and optimizationSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certificationProven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution within a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to HR processesJob Titles That Should ApplyHR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Director, Human Resources Director, People Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, HR Business PartnerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
