About the Role
The Company is in search of a Lead Change and Business Enablement Consultant to join their Fraud and Claims Management (FCM) division. This senior role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of work within the FCM-Change and Business Enablement organization, from demand intake to operational readiness. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, driving integration across change delivery, business management, and operational enablement functions. Key responsibilities include owning Business Unit Reviews, streamlining demand intake and prioritization processes, and leading core business management functions such as capacity and headcount planning. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and representing FCM Change and Business Enablement in leadership forums. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business execution, change management, program management, strategic operations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. Experience in financial services, fraud, claims, or operations environments, as well as a background in governance, risk, or highly regulated settings, is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions, as well as the capacity to engage with professionals at all levels and provide direction to cross-functional teams.
