In this direct sales role, you will engage with local businesses directly, offering supplemental insurance solutions that help protect and support their employees. You will be supported every step of the way by a dedicated team committed to your success. Through comprehensive training, access to CRM tools, ongoing mentorship, and licensing fee reimbursement, we ensure you have the resources needed to build mastery and advance your career.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000$85,000 annually (full-time)

• Starting weekly draw that shifts into uncapped commission and bonuses opportunities

• CRM system and sales training provided

• Licensing assistance and reimbursement once certain metrics are met (state fees)

Schedule and Location

• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

• In-person, business-to-business field work
