Job Title: Custodial Supervisor – Housing and Residence Life Location: Atlanta, Georgia Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 298629 Job Summary Supervise and monitor the activities of custodial personnel in the delivery of building‑cleaning services within an assigned area. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. Coordinate with facilities management, custodial management and staff, quality control personnel, and area building management. Advise and counsel building management and custodial personnel. Supervise the custodial staff. Responsibilities Set and maintain work assignments and schedules of custodial personnel; monitor performance and maintain associated records. Inspect work areas and confer regularly with building management and occupants regarding quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and conduct training of custodial personnel; maintain associated records. Requisition and supervise the maintenance of materials and supplies. Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED certificate, or vocational school diploma. Other Required Qualifications Rotating shift work is required to maintain 24/7 coverage. Required Experience Four to five years of job‑related experience. Proposed Salary Pay Range: $19.28 – $26.22 per hour. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities This role requires skills in the management of custodial services delivery, including organization, planning, scheduling, supervision, communication, customer service, and related recordkeeping. Knowledge and skills in custodial processes, procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance are also required.
