Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming shipments and deliveries.

Every day you will verify contents against purchase orders, identify and report discrepancies or damages, and organize received goods for proper distribution or storage.

To be successful, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting smooth operations.

- Shipping & Receiving:


- Shipping, receiving, and checking of all incoming supplies.
- Formal purchase order receiving and documentation.
- Delivery of special order supplies and equipment to the appropriate departments.

- Inventory & Environment:


- Consistent stocking and labeling of all items.
- Maintaining high standards for safety, security, and cleanliness within the storage areas.

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
• High School GED General Studies, upon hire or
• Other Metropolitan Test or equivalent, upon hire
