KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Entry & Verification Enter and audit transactions, shipments, and inventory adjustments; reconcile stock with Metrc records. Accounts Payable (A/P) Process invoices, match to POs/receiving docs, maintain vendor records, support 3-way matching, and assist with daily and month-end AP reporting. Inventory Control & Compliance Monitor stock, assist with daily cycle counts and monthly full physical inventory reconciliations.
