Executive Director, Regional Water Utility

Polk Regional Water Cooperative seeks an Executive Director to lead the transition from a contracted organization to a fully operating regional water utility. You will oversee a capital program of about $800 million and manage financing, budgets, rates, and cost allocation among member governments.
Responsibilities include building the Cooperative's staff, securing regulatory approvals, and maintaining strong relationships with the Member Governments, SWFWMD, and state and federal agencies.
