We're looking for a professional who wants to build a serious listing business with the support of an established team, rather than trying to generate every lead, appointment, marketing campaign, transaction, and follow-up task alone.

YOUR JOB IS TO SELL. OUR SYSTEM HELPS YOU GET IN FRONT OF CLIENTS.

The right Listing Agent will have the opportunity to work with homeowners and prospective sellers while leveraging our team's systems, marketing, training, and support.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Following up with seller leads
• Conducting seller consultations
• Preparing comparative market analyses
• Meeting with homeowners
• Presenting listing strategies
• Pricing properties appropriately
• Preparing and presenting listing agreements
• Marketing and selling homes
• Negotiating offers
• Managing sellers throughout the transaction
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients
• Following the team's lead follow-up and CRM systems
• Developing referral and repeat business

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Virginia real estate agent
• Confident communicating with homeowners
• Comfortable asking for the appointment and the business
• Highly responsive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Competitive and motivated

• Willing to follow a proven process
