Job Details Facility: CoxHealth South – 3801 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65807 Department: 1048 SLC-CH Pediatrics Work Shift: Night Shift Weekly Hours: 36 Responsibilities Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop a plan of care, implement care, and evaluate outcomes. Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goal achievement in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. Leads employees to accomplish all job objectives, inspiring confidence and motivation to enhance employee satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Preferred: At least five years of clinical experience, one year as a charge nurse, and one year in the area of specialization. RN license active in the state of Missouri required.
