The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. The position responsibilities include developing, maintaining and implementing the hotel's strategic objectives around culture and engagement. This role will be responsible for recruiting as well as retention, with a focus on all stages of the employee life cycle. This may include learning and development, coaching, recognition, labor relations, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and compliance. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.
