The Surface Finishing Sales Representative drives revenue by selling the company's products and services to new and existing clients. This role covers Seattle and Western Washington, focusing on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new sales opportunities/leads.
• Plan and schedule meetings with prospective and existing customers.
• Engage with clients to understand their product or service requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate product features/benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, relationship management, and timely resolution of post-sale issues.
• Maintain ongoing contact with current and past clients, providing updates on new products, services, and enhancements.
• Track and document sales activitiesincluding calls, orders, wins/losses, and relationship challengesusing CRM tools.
• Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field OR minimum of five years of relevant experience in outside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver solutions.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains composed under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including prolonged periods of driving.
• Comfortable with extended periods of desk work and computer use.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Salary Description $50K-$70K base + uncapped commission; OTE $150K+
