Respiratory Therapist Position

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Framingham, MA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Massachusetts state respiratory license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation management and arterial blood gas sampling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a busy medical-surgical or critical care unit.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• Schedule pattern: 3x12 shifts per week.
• Expected hours: 36 per week.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
