Your responsibilities will include: Delivering direct nursing care and monitoring resident health Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Performing wound care and other skilled nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice Monitoring, documenting, and communicating changes in resident condition Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals Promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred) Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care #J-18808-Ljbffr
