Responsibilities include installing, updating, and maintaining hardware, managing security patches, and troubleshooting various technical issues from LAN/WAN to VoIP. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both Windows and Apple operating systems and should ideally hold CompTIA A+ or MCSA certifications.
