Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Care | Travel Contract

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days or Nights Available | 12-Hour Shifts

Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational assessments.
Identify safety risks and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
Develop and prioritize individualized patient care plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
Provide patient and family education.
Respond effectively to emergency situations.
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.
Participate in shift reports and structured handoff communications.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Requirements:

Active Ohio RN License or valid Compact/Multi-State License.
Diploma of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
Experience working in culturally diverse healthcare settings.
Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
