How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Seamless Care Transitions: You will orchestrate complex schedules and referrals, acting as the vital link between our patients and a network of specialist providers.
• Strategic Access Management: You'll proactively manage schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring our clinical capacity is optimized and patient wait times are minimized.
• Champion Patient Privacy: You will operate as an expert in site-specific protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring that every piece of documentation meets the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
• Drive Operational Excellence: By maintaining up-to-the-minute documentation, you empower our clinical teams to make informed decisions based on the most current and reliable data available.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Medical office scheduling experience
