As an FSQA Technician, you'll be on the front line of ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. What You'll Do

• Monitor USDA, HACCP, and sanitation regulations through pre-op and operational inspections
• Drive incident and complaint investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Execute FSQA policies and ensure quality standards are met across departments
• Balance 80% hands-on work on the production floor with 20% admin and reporting duties

What We're Looking For: Skills & Mindset

• 12 years of experience in food safety or quality (degree in Bio/Chem/Food Science a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills you'll be working with multiple departments daily
• Detail-oriented with follow-through you own your tasks and see them through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HACCP and SAP experience are nice to have
