Job Description

The numbers don’t lie—but we still need you to double-check them! We’re hiring an Accounting Technician for a state office in Helena, MT!

Term: Temporary, 3+ months

Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr DOE

What You Will Do:

Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties

Audit credit card statements and reviewing for accuracy

Record and summarize incoming checks

Review documentation for payment

*Successful applicant(s) may be subject to a background check
