What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day (50-55 visits/week)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for optimal patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships and enhance overall care experience
• Participate in ongoing learning, mentorship, and clinical development

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active (or eligible) state PT license
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
