We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our Milwaukee Tools business throughout Collier County . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping contractors and businesses find the right solutions for their work.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, tradespeople, industrial customers, and local businesses
• Prospect new accounts while growing existing customer relationships
• Represent Straub Tool Shop LLC by introducing customers to the latest Milwaukee products and solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right tools and equipment
• Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals while providing outstanding customer service
• Stay informed on Milwaukee product offerings and industry trends

 

Qualifications

• Construction, industrial, or professional tool knowledge required
• Previous outside sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day visiting customer job sites and businesses
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
