Clearstream Wastewater Systems is a respected manufacturer of aerobic wastewater treatment systems and onsite wastewater solutions serving residential and commercial markets across multiple states.

We are seeking a versatile Branch Manager who can successfully lead people, manage operations, nurture customer relationships, oversee logistics, support equipment and facility operations, and actively grow sales throughout the region.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines branch management, customer service, trucking and logistics coordination, employee supervision, sales development, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys working with customers, closing sales, leading teams, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats. Success in this role requires someone who can maintain existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities and helping drive branch revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

Branch Operations & Leadership

• Manage day-to-day branch operations
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• Maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor branch performance and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Sales & Business Development

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Generate new business opportunities within the territory
• Actively promote and sell company products and services
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Maintain regular contact with contractors, installers, builders, engineers, distributors, and business partners
• Represent the company professionally within the local market
• Support branch revenue growth and profitability goals
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Nurture existing accounts while developing new business opportunities

Logistics & Fleet Coordination

• Coordinate deliveries and transportation schedules
• Work with drivers and trucking partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor fleet utilization and equipment needs
• Assist with scheduling and dispatch coordination
• Support inventory and yard operations

Equipment & Facility Oversight

• Coordinate basic maintenance and repair activities
• Work with mechanics and service providers as needed
• Monitor facility, yard, and equipment conditions
• Ensure branch assets remain organized and operational

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary branch contact for customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Build strong customer loyalty through responsiveness and follow-through
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Previous leadership, branch management, operations management, or supervisory experience
• Proven sales experience with the ability to build relationships and close business
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing both employees and customer relationships
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Background

• Branch management experience
• Trucking, logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience
• Industrial, construction, manufacturing, wastewater, septic, utility, or environmental services experience
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment and maintenance teams
• Outside sales or business development experience
• Experience working with precast tanks, construction materials, utility products, or related industries
