Grain & Agronomy Operator

Location: Franklin, NE
Pay: $19.26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime & Weekends as Needed

Looking for a hands-on opportunity in agriculture with excellent long-term potential? We're seeking dependable Grain & Agronomy Operators to join a growing team in Franklin. No experience is required - training is provided!

What You'll Do

• Load and unload grain commodities
• Blend and load dry and liquid fertilizers and crop chemicals
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties around the facility
• Clean and maintain grain elevators and work areas
• Assist with loading railcars at designated facilities
• Operate heavy equipment when certified and authorized
• Support daily grain handling and agronomy operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work in a dusty agricultural environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Agricultural experience or mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
• Must not have allergies to corn or grain products
• Ability to work extended hours during harvest season

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor agricultural setting
• Significant overtime opportunities during harvest
• Boots covering the ankle are required (minimum 50% leather; steel toes not required)
