Bedford Post Acute is a 72-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 136 Donahue Manor Rd. in Bedford. We have deep roots in our community and great ratings to show for it. What We Offer

Your Day-to-Day
You'll assist our Physical Therapist with evaluating and treating our residents requiring PT services. You'll document progress and changes and communicated clearly with the care team, the resident, and their family. You'll work under the supervision of our DOR to ensure state and federal compliance. The best part- you'll do it alongside a team that treats each other like family.

What You'll Need

• Accreditation from a PTA program
• Certification in good standing in PA
• EMR proficiency
• Compassion for vulnerable people
