Autonomy & Sustainable Pace: Practice within a highly desirable critical access hospital environment, managing an incredibly sustainable daily patient census of just 4-8 patients. Lead Inpatient Medical Care: Partner closely with a collaborative physician to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized, high-quality path toward recovery. Manage the Clinical Journey: Direct the full spectrum of inpatient carefrom initial assessment and comprehensive history-taking to ordering and interpreting diagnostic studiesto drive excellent health outcomes. Focus on Medicine, Not Codes: Experience peace of mind during your shift, knowing that all emergency codes are handled directly by the dedicated Emergency Department team. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
