Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management assessments and develop discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and mid-levels in a step-down unit.
• Provide support in our cardiac step-down unit for CABG and TAVR patients.
• Coordinate post-acute placement and cardiac rehab discharges.
• Utilize Meditech and Midas for effective case management.
• Adapt flexibly in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience.
• Active RN license in Kansas or licensed social worker.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Meditech and Midas systems preferred.
• Prior HCA Hospital experience is favored.
• Strong abilities to adapt to a dynamic unit environment.
