Impact Compliance & Grants Governance Manager

PepsiCo Foundation seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and execution of a scalable compliance, risk, and governance framework for Social Impact and Foundation grantmaking. You will ensure programs meet governance criteria, IfG standards, Spendwise policy, and regulatory requirements while enabling auditable operations. Lead end-to-end grant compliance, embed IfG, and design a global framework across Foundation and business giving, partnering with Legal, Finance, and program teams to drive #J-18808-Ljbffr PepsiCo
