Psychiatrist MD/DO - Hybrid Opportunity
Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist MD/DO to join a growing mental health practice in a hybrid care model. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking to provide high-quality patient care while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions and be comfortable working alongside an advanced practice provider team.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure quality patient care
• Provide clinical supervision and support to NP/PA providers
• Participate in the delivery of advanced psychiatric treatments, including TMS and Spravato (training provided)
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric treatment approaches

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Must be comfortable supervising NP/PA providers
• Must be open to learning and providing TMS/Spravato treatments (training provided)
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $400,000 - $500,000+ annually
