Senior Clinical Research Associate

To support clinical monitoring efforts, the full-time Senior Clinical Research Associate will manage site activities, ensure compliance with protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or office setting. Key responsibilities Manage site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities for clinical trials Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols Collaborate with project teams to address site-related issues and enhance study performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in clinical research monitoring Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems Ability to travel as needed for site visits
