Full-Time ICU Nocturnist

Full‑Time ICU Nocturnists at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center RWJBarnabas Health is seeking full‑time ICU Nocturnists to join our Critical Care Service Line at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBIMC). RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a board‑certified/eligible Intensivist to serve as a dedicated Nocturnist. This 653‑bed quaternary care regional teaching hospital offers a wide array of comprehensive services, including a certified Lung Transplant program and a top 15 heart transplant center.

ABOUT POSITION

Care provided in an exclusively inpatient setting (24‑bed adult medical and surgical ICU), multidisciplinary, collaborative/closed model ICU Management of all hospital emergencies, including RRTs, codes, and procedures Focuses on quality, safety and evidence‑based medicine Teaching fellows, residents, students, nursing and other ICU staff 12‑hour night shift This is an excellent opportunity for an eager physician to join a well‑established, multidisciplinary team that aims to provide high‑level care at a teaching hospital and become a part of the Critical Care Service Line at RWJBarnabas Health.

REQUIREMENTS
