Job Description We’re hiring an Associate Account Manager an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales and account management. This role is the first step toward becoming a full Account Manager. After completing your training and demonstrating success, you’ll transition into managing your own portfolio of clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Whatyou’reresponsible for: Completing extensive hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics. Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis. Learningnegotiation techniques and understanding market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio. Collaboratingwith operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions. Transitioning to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Assisting with reportingand data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
