What You’ll Need to Succeed: Dual EEC Teacher Certification required (Infant/Toddler and Preschool) Experience working with toddlers, preschool‑aged children, or in an early childhood education setting preferred EEC Teacher Certification (or ability to obtain certification) preferred for Massachusetts candidates Passion for supporting children's growth, development, and learning through play‑based experiences Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with children, families, and team members Dependable, positive, and collaborative approach to working with others Ability to observe, supervise, and actively engage with children throughout the day Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred Ability to meet state licensing, background check, and employment requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus Our most successful teachers are patient, caring, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy being active, building meaningful relationships, and helping children learn through exploration and play.
