What You’ll Bring to the Team

What You’ll Need

• Ideally, 6–12 months of paid caregiving experience (not required but preferred).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• CPR certification and a negative TB test within the past 90 days.
• Registered with the Home Care Aide Registry (HCA)—if not, we’ll help you get there.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
