Yes, TBD Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: No Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Working in front desk Resource's typical working day: Greeting people and employees Assisting vendors Getting temporary badges Escorting people or client Setting up conference room Things needed in the meeting room Restocking and ordering snacks Sending and receiving packages, mails Must Have Skills: Previous Receptionist role Nice to have skills: Organized Problem solving Knowledge of Apple products, knows basic function of Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Mac) Years of Experience: 1 2 years of experience as receptionist Education: At least HS diploma Software skills: Basic Apple Programs (Safari Web) Interview Process: Virtual Interview Summary: As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
