Senior Subcontracts Administrator

Subcontracts AdministratorSaab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Subcontracts Administrator to join our rapidly growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will execute and manage high-dollar procurements with critical subcontractors in accordance with subcontract Statements of Work (SOWs). Experience with contract negotiations and navigating FAR and DFARS requirements is required.Responsibilities:Review, interpret, and flow mandatory requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive them through final review and Engineering Technical Review (ETR) release.Issue RFI and RFQ packages and ensure receipt of complete information.Conduct flow-down analyses to ensure compliance with customer requirements, including FAR, DFARS, FAA, and international standards.Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance.Execute Subcontracts, Inter-divisional Work Transfer Agreements, NDAs, Leasing Agreements, and Long-Term Agreements.Write contract letters and maintain comprehensive legal records in accordance with U.S. Government Certified Purchasing System Requirements.Support proposal costing efforts for subcontract material and labor.Support business units across multiple sites, including international coordination.Manage supplier performance, including facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers.Assist with metrics, reporting, continuous improvement, and other strategic initiatives as needed.Travel up to 5-10% (typically one to two trips per year).Compensation Ranges:Syracuse, NY, or Orlando, FL: $80,900 - $101,100Bristol, RI: $89,000 - $111,200Quincy, MA: $97,000 - $121,300The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
