Neurodiagnostic Technologist

Job Location Orange, California Work Shift Day – 12hrs (United States of America) Job Summary We are hiring Neurodiagnostic Technologists to perform a variety of diagnostic studies on infants and children, including monitoring equipment calibration and set-up. Technologists process documentation to provide accurate information to the physician. Pay Range Minimum $35.82 | Midpoint $47.46 | Maximum $59.10 Experience Required: None required. Preferred: One (1) year of pediatric health care experience. Education Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Program. Preferred: Associate degree. Training None required. Specialized Skills Required: Ability to effectively communicate pertinent clinical data accurately and consistently with the physician team and leadership. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork; and understand and exceed customer expectations, effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior. Preferred: Bilingual in English/ Spanish. Licensure Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Must be board eligible to take Registered EEG Technologist. Registered EEG Tech must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date. Work Environments - Functional Demand Medium - High energy level Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Push/pull +/- 150-200 lbs. (Patients on bed, stretcher) Lateral transfer 150-200 lbs. (ie. Patient).
