What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Sign on Bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates (based on experience and store franchise) Flat-rate or hourly options (where applicable) State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Paid training and certification support Career advancement opportunities within the Basil Family Full benefits package , including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Employee discounts What you'll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brakes, alignments, and tire services Diagnose and repair vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, heating and electrical Conduct multi-point inspections and provide accurate repair and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and needed repairs Stay current with manufacturer training and industry certifications Uphold Basil's commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service Requirements What we’re looking for: Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software NYS inspectors license preferred Familiarity with modern vehicle systems and repair tool Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset Summary We're hiring at all 10 Basil dealerships across Western New York- including Cheektowaga, Depew, Niagara Falls, Williamsville, Orchard Park & Lockport!
