As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Cleveland and Akron area, helping them understand available electric, natural gas, and community solar options for their homes. No energy industry experience is required. We provide training and development designed to help entry-level candidates and career changers build confidence, strengthen their communication and sales skills, and grow into larger roles within the organization.
