Trauma-Informed Case Manager for Immigrant Families(Hybrid)

A community-focused organization is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to provide essential case management services to unaccompanied immigrant children and youth. This role involves weekly home visits, assessments, and connecting families with necessary resources. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with significant clinical experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
