As a Labor Relations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for assisting in interpretation and enforcement of labor union contracts. In This Role, You’ll: communicate labor relations needs, goals, and objectives to internal and external parties handle highly sensitive and confidential data, documents, grievances, arbitrations, and Unfair Practice Charges develop presentations and complete legislative bill analysis advise and consult with Department management on less complex labor relations matters coordinate union leave requests and conduct union-leave audits manage the EDD’s Post and Bid program Position is located at 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA, 95814 This position is headquartered at the New Labor Agency Building (NLAB), a newly remodeled high-rise building.
