Time and Attendance Specialist

To support the management of Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, the full-time Time and Attendance Specialist will ensure legal compliance and deliver exceptional employee experiences while maintaining efficient processes in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters, managing employee lifecycle leave and working hours with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities and support HR and financial audits Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation and product development to enhance the employee lifecycle experience Required Qualifications Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Strong background in employment legislation and the ability to provide guidance on legal interpretations Tech-savvy with experience in communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, and G-suite Demonstrated enthusiasm for process innovation and automation, with a foundational understanding of AI applications in operations
