JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Associate is responsible for providing support related to the onboarding of candidates for Advanced Clinical, Catena Solutions, and Advanced RPO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage candidate onboarding activities within the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS), distributing onboarding documents, completing the I-9 process, and maintaining employment records.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Partner closely with internal team members, and recruiters, maintaining clear, professional communication to deliver a high-touch, white glove experience for candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Initiate, monitor, and follow up on background screenings, drug tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Utilize technology platforms and systems to support onboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare and submit unemployment claims and related employment documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Support onboarding, employment, and payroll administrative processes while following company policies and applicable wage and hour requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems and software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional, white glove service experience to candidates, employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, software enhancements, and changing business processes.

Pay Rate: $53,267.62 - $62,589.45 - $71,911.28 Annually
