Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff .
• Oversee meltblown line operations , including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive production efficiency , minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking .
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Monitor production performance and address issues affecting safety, quality, efficiency, or output .
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable production environment .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/production is essential.
• 1–5+ years of experience supervising or managing production teams.
• Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment .
• Experience with production line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills .
• Ability to prioritize production, safety, quality, and operational requirements .
• Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor .
• U.S. citizenship required.

Work Environment
