Must have 2-3+ years of dermatology NP/PA experience.

A physician-owned and led private dermatology practice in Central Delaware is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its experienced team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position practicing 4.5 days per week
• Provide dermatologic care alongside a small team of experienced dermatology providers
• Average 30 - 35 patients per day
• Join a physician-owned and physician-led private practice
• Work in a well-equipped 2,600-square-foot dermatology office with dedicated exam rooms, a minor surgical room and Mohs lab
• Become part of a practice preparing for future growth and expansion

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a guaranteed base salary plus production bonus, giving you income stability alongside additional earning potential as you become established within the practice.
