Adobe AEM Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Lead Consultant with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, enabling real-time customer data management, personalized digital experiences, and enterprise integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions.
Configure data ingestion, identity resolution, Real-Time Customer Profiles, schemas, datasets, and data sources.
Build and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
Implement audience segmentation, decisioning, and real-time personalization strategies.
Integrate AEP, AEM, AJO, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target with enterprise applications using APIs.
Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable digital experience solutions.
Provide technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize solution performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Strong knowledge of customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization.
Experience integrating Adobe solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and customer data management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
