Administrative Analyst II

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Working knowledge of DoD writing guides and classified document handling, Joint Travel Regulation, best practices for office administration, and facility security
• Familiarity with Government information systems used to coordinate administrative activities and respond to formal and informal actions (DTS, SASI, DSTS, EDMS)
• Exceptional stakeholder collaboration and communication, both verbally and in writing
• Comprehensive experience in office operations (e.g., office calls and visitors, calendar management, travel coordination, meeting/event coordination, file management, etc.)
• Experience in developing, collating, proofreading, and staffing documents, reports, briefings, correspondence, and meeting materials (agenda, read-aheads, minutes, actions)
• Demonstrated experience managing access control within a Government office, including classified access, foreign visitor procedures, and personnel security

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 Years of Experience
• Skilled in providing administrative support to senior leadership in the acquisition community
• Proficiency in MS Office, tasker management, document staffing

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

Secret Clearance and valid Driver's license required, prior CBRN experience desired

The noise level in the work environment may be high when operating power equipment. The employee will be required to properly apply such safety equipment as is appropriate to the work to prevent injury to self or others.
