As a Security Officer Driver Mobile Rounds in Johnstown, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the chance to work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity while supporting a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with management and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, documenting incidents, and assisting with crowd management during busy shopping periods and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
