We’re hiring talented, passionate therapists to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with youth and families, can manage a steady caseload, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive setting. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus.

SoLuna Mental Wellness is a collaborative group practice offering comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Primary Responsibilities

• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for individuals and groups
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Texas clinical license (or provisional)
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
• BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation

Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload. Therapists enjoy flexible scheduling and one of the most sought-after practice environments in the greater Houston area.  We will go through this in detail when we have our initial Teams meeting before clinical interviews.
